FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING THROUGHOUT EUROPE AND THE UK.
Once your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive your suit in 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll be provided with a tracking number to follow your shipment every step of the way.
Returns
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your Samiolli suit. If for any reason you're not, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the suit must be in its original condition with the "Don't Cut Me" tag on the front button still intact. Please note that the suit is sold as a whole, so we do not accept returns of jackets or trousers separately.If you'd like to return your suit, simply contact us via WhatsApp with your invoice number and suit reference handy. We'll send you a pre-paid waybill to easily pack and ship the suit back to us. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 7 working days.
Please ensure that the suit is unworn, undamaged, and packed in the same way you received it to be eligible for a refund.
Exchange
We understand that sometimes, the colour or size might not be perfect on the first try. That’s why we allow one exchange within 14 days of receiving your suit. The exchange process is similar to returns: contact us via WhatsApp with your invoice number and suit reference, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note that exchanges are only allowed once per suit, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the "Don't Cut Me" tag still attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned suit at our warehouse, we’ll begin the refund process. It may take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-applicable as both shipping and returns are free.
