2. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order through the Samiolli website, you are agreeing to purchase a product from HMD SAS under the following terms:

  • You must provide accurate information during the ordering process, including your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods displayed on our website.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day free return policy for suits purchased under the Samiolli brand. To qualify for a return:

  • The suit must be returned in its original condition, with the "Don't Cut Me" tag still attached to the front button.

  • Returns of individual suit components (e.g., only the jacket or trousers) are not accepted.

  • The suit must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items must be returned in the same packaging or equivalent packaging to ensure safe transit.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your invoice number and suit reference. Samiolli will provide a waybill for you to send the suit back at no additional cost. Upon receipt and inspection of the suit at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 working days.

4.2 Exchange Policy

We allow one exchange within 14 days of receiving your suit. The exchange must follow the same guidelines as the return policy. Exchanges can only be processed once per suit, and the item must be returned in its original condition with the "Don't Cut Me" tag intact.

5. Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed once the returned suit has been inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account. Shipping fees are not applicable as both shipping and returns are free within the EU and the UK.

6. Suit Care and Alterations

The suits sold under the Samiolli brand are carefully crafted, and we advise that you follow the care instructions provided with your purchase to maintain their quality. Any alterations or tailoring done after purchase are at your own risk, and HMD SAS cannot accept returns for suits that have been altered or customized after purchase.

All content on the Samiolli website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of HMD SAS and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without explicit written permission from HMD SAS.
